The third hole is a medium length par 4 with a dog leg to the right. A large hill in the middle of the fairway makes the hole slightly more difficult, especially for the shorter hitters. Longer hitters can reach the top of the hill, which makes the approach shot much easier as they can see the scrape. However care has to be taken off the tee to avoid a large tree on the right and a smaller pine tree on the left. The tree on the right sits on the corner of the dog leg, which limits the amount of corner that can be cut.

The second shot is very challenging for shorter hitters as they can not see the scrape or the flag. The longer hitters can normally see the scrape but the approach is also very challenging due to the scrape sloping from front to back. However the scrape is one of the largest on the course so this improves the players chance of getting a birdie putt.

As already mentioned the scrape is very large and slopes from front to back. There are many long putts on this scrape with big breaks, which can make putting on this scrape a challenge.
