The twelfth hole is a short par 3. The effluent treatment works to the right of the tee always adds a pleasant smell to the air. Recently the scrape was reshaped and a mound added at the back to help shield balls from the out of bounds fence.

The tee shot is very narrow with a few trees between the tee and the scrape. These only catch out those who choose to punch the ball or have a low ball flight.

The scrape is small to medium in size and is elevated at the back to help counteract the downhill lie of the land. This does nothing but add confusion to the putting as often balls appear to turn uphill.
